Our technical department is able to work on your SAGA hardware solutions once it has been returned to the workshop, during the warranty period. You can also opt for a 3-year in-situ warranty extension. Just call our hotline in France and your request will be processed immediately. Or, if you prefer, you can complete your RMA request online.   1. All work is carried out by qualified technicians fully trained by PERIMATIC
  2. Goods must be sent to the address shown above
  3. Goods returned without a RMA request form may be rejected and returned to you at your expense
  4. The RMA number allocated to you is valid for 30 days from the date of issue
